The Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center brings the Chesapeake Bay ashore to visitors in Bay Lab, a hands-on educational laboratory in Virginia Beach’s First Landing State Park, located at 2500 Shore Drive. The $1.6 million, 2,500 square-foot visitor and education facility houses a wet lab filled with aquariums, touch tanks, and powerful microscopes.
