What it is
Video Books look like classically styled children’s board books but feature built-in video screens. The screen, attached to the inside back cover and visible on each page through a cutout, plays short clips of movement and sound when kids press the corresponding buttons.

Why it’s fun
There are several animated sequences programmed for each page and they play at random every time the book is read, so your child may find a unique story each time.

Who’s going to love it
Kids will love the visual excitement they get from reading these books and adults will appreciate the variety and added value the video screens create.

What to be aware of
Toy Quest will launch six proprietary titles at first with more to follow, which may include licensed characters. The book screens are black-and-white LCD screens. They aren’t exactly high definition but perfectly suitable for the books.
