If you want the convenience of "ski in, ski out," along with meals, lift tickets and ski lessons all covered in your package, this is the spot. It’s the only "all inclusive" ski resort in North America, ideal for families looking for convenience. Club Med rooms are newly renovated and include TVs and mini-fridges. There’s a swimming pool, a fitness room, a main buffet dining room as well as a smaller private dining room. Shuttles make the short trip (15 minutes) to Crested Butte, known for its small town authentic Old West charm. For an additional charge there are excursions including dog-sledding and horse-drawn sleigh rides. Skiers and snowboarders of all abilities — beginners and experts — have 1000 acres of terrain with 85 slopes serviced by 15 lifts. The minimum age for ski lessons is four, and snowboarding is available for kids from six-years-old. Adults stay for seven days from $1400 (land only) and rates for kids aged two-to-15 start at $700 a week. The rate includes a kids’ club with supervised activities for children aged four through 13, and live evening entertainment, plus beer, wine and cocktails for adults.
