| | 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) icing sugar |
| | 1 egg white |
| | 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) lemon juice |
- In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer, beat together all the icing ingredients until light and fluffy. The more you beat, the better the icing. You can tint the icing with food color, if desired.
- Keep the icing tightly covered with plastic wrap, to prevent it from drying out until you're ready to use it.
