NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING FLORIDA, 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. VOID IN FLORIDA, PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.

1. Eligibility: “Make More Dreams Come True™ at Kissimmee” Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) excluding Florida, who are 18 years of age and over at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Kaboose Inc. ("Sponsor"), Kissimmee Convention & Visitors Bureau and H. J. Heinz Company, L.P. and each of their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation, or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family members and individuals living in the same household of such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial entities, and businesses cannot participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Florida, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 5:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") August 22, 2006 and ends at 5:01 p.m. ET, November 20, 2006 (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, log onto www.kaboose.com/heinz (the "Site") or www.kaboose.com/trip (the “Sweepstakes”) anytime during the Promotion Period, and click the registration or enter button. Register by entering the information requested including your name, age, email address, and state. After you have fully completed the online entry form and hit the "Enter Now" button, you will gain one (1) entry into the Grand Prize random drawing. Limit one entry per person, subject to Extra Entries, as described in Paragraph 4. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned and will not be acknowledged. In the event of a conflict as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the individual assigned the email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning the email address associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost or misdirected entries. All entries must be received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period. Any attempted form of participation in the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or to modify the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and to award the prizes based on eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Attempts by an entrant to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, any violations of these Official Rules) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right (i) to disqualify any such entrant from the Sweepstakes and (ii) to seek damages from any such entrant to the extent permitted by law.

4. Extra Entries: During the Promotion Period, entrants can receive extra entries in the Sweepstakes. You will earn one extra entry for each friend you refer to the Sweepstakes if your friend visits the Sweepstakes page from your referral. You will not receive any entries if you just send a Sweepstakes referral and your friend does not visit the Sweepstakes page. The extra entries are automatic.

5. Drawing, Odds of Winning: Many people will enter this contest, but only ONE will win a grand prize. The potential winners will be chosen by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of the Sweepstakes, through a random drawing that will take place on or about November 14, 2006. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Selected entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of the Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

6. Prizes: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 7 day/6 night trip for four to Kissimmee, Florida. The prize consists of roundtrip coach air transportation from a major continental U.S. commercial airport near winner’s residence to/from destination from Northwest Airlines, deluxe guest room accommodations for 6 nights at Seralago Hotel & Suites (restrictions may apply); luxury car rental from Dollar Rent A Car, four-day Park-Hopper admissions for Walt Disney World® theme parks. Admissions for: Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament; Arabian Nights; Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede; Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show; Kennedy Space Center; Gatorland®; Boggy Creek Airboat Rides; Congo River Mini Golf; half-day guided fishing; Sky Coaster at Old Town; WonderWorks; Fun Spot Action Park and $1000 USD spending money. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute alternate travel arrangements where appropriate. Reservations and airline tickets and all admission tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, they will not be replaced. Grand Prize winner and travel companions are responsible for insurance and any other required travel documents, including passports, and must travel on same itinerary dates and at dates and times approved by sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000. ARV may vary, depending upon departure location and time of travel. Trip must be taken within 12 months of notification of winning.

7. Notification: The Grand Prize sweepstakes winner will be notified by email. The Grand Prize winner, will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within 14 days after issuance of prize notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate selection. Grand Prize winner and winner's guests must execute a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. A potential winner forfeits his/her prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate selection if: the potential winner cannot be contacted due to improper email address submitted by potential winner; potential winner is ineligible under these Official Rules due to age or resident location; prize is returned as undeliverable; potential winner cannot otherwise be notified; the potential winner is under the age of 18; the potential winner fails to sign and return the proper declarations within the allotted time; or potential winner is otherwise disqualified.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants consent to use of their first name and last initial, city, or state, and comments of winner for publicity or advertising purposes in any medium (including the Internet or other interactive network) in perpetuity without further compensation or right of review, except where prohibited by law.

9. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Winner and guests will be required to travel together, and must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Trip must be taken within 12 months after notification of winning. Taxes, and all other expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents required for travel. No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of an error, or for any other reason the number of prizes awarded exceeds the number of prizes listed, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among eligible prize claims received to award the listed number of prizes.

10. Internet Disclaimer of Liability: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for lost, late, stolen, defaced, mutilated, illegible, delayed, or misdirected entries, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, human error, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, or damaged entries, delayed computer transmission which may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes in any way, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or the technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, software or hardware equipment, failure of any email on account of technical problems, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participation with this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless, Sweepstakes Sponsor and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents, and subsidiary and affiliated companies from and against any claim or cause of action (including but not limited to, claims for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any of the prizes. Entrant hereby acknowledges that Sweepstakes Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.

12. Acceptance of Official Rules: By providing information and participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant and his/her parent/legal guardian, if necessary, agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

13. Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Privacy Policy for Kaboose Inc. (http://www.kaboose.com/privacypolicy.html). Entrants have the right to withdraw or correct their personal data. Entrants can make such requests by sending a detailed email message to: contests@kaboose.com that must include all the original sign-up information provided.

14. Winners’ List: Sweepstakes results and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "Make More Dreams Come True at Kissimmee™" Sweepstakes Winners/Official Rules" (specify which), 1400 - 505 University Avenue Toronto, ON M5G 1X3. Official Rules will also be posted online at http://www.kaboose.com/heinz/rules.html during the Promotion Period.
